Emotionally, I Stay Healthy By Being Grounded In The Word Of God, Being Open And Honest, Never Being Afraid To Speak My Mind In Love, And Having Good Communication With Those Around Me.

My Children Have Grown Up Around Animals. They're Not Scared Of Them.

Personally I'm An Advocate For Healthy Marriages And Families And I Do A Lot Of Speaking Around The Country Sharing My Faith And Talking To Women's Groups, Even Specifically About Marriage.

My Mom And Dad - They Were Always There. They Were Always On The Set. They Focused On Our Family Life. The Entertainment Business Wasn't The End-all. They Weren't Out To Get The Next Big Paycheck Or The Next Big Movie. It Was About 'what Can We Do As A Family.
