The People Wanted And Demanded A Bill Of Rights Written Into Their Constitution. The Amendments Embodying The Bill Of Rights Were Intended To Curb All Branches Of The Federal Government In The Fields Touched By The Amendments-legislative, Executive, And Judicial.
