You Could Call This Practice "inner Disarmament," In That A Well-developed Tolerance Makes You Free From The Compulsion To Counterattack. For The Same Reason, We Also Call Tolerance The "best Armor," Since It Protects You From Being Conquered By Hatred Itself.

The Meaning Of Life Is Happiness.

A Compassionate State Of Mind Brings Inner Peace, And Therefore A Healthier Body.

Happiness Is A State Of Mind. With Physical Comforts If Your Mind Is Still In A State Of Confusion And Agitation, It Is Not Happiness. Happiness Means Calmness Of Mind.

A Positive State Of Mind Is Not Merely Good For You, It Benefits Everyone With Whom You Come Into Contact, Literally Changing The World.
