Love And Compassion Are The True Religions To Me. But To Develop This, We Do Not Need To Believe In Any Religion.

The Very Purpose Of Religion Is To Control Yourself, Not To Criticise Others.

An Affectionate Disposition Not Only Makes The Mind More Peaceful And Calm, But It Affects Our Body In A Positive Way Too. On The Other Hand, Hatred, Jealousy And Fear Upset Our Peace Of Mind, Make Us Agitated And Affect Our Body Adversely. Even Our Body Needs Peace Of Mind And Is Not Suited To Agitation. This Shows That An Appreciation For Peace Of Mind Is In Our Blood.

When A Person Is In A Miserable Situation, Then, Yes, It Is Difficult To Develop Genuine Compassion Toward Others. That's Why I Find It Difficult To Say To Poor People, "please Have Compassion Toward Millionaires." That's Not Easy.
