And Like, Now, If I'm Watching Tv On The Couch I'm Like, "ugh, I Could Be On A Cardio Machine Watching The Same Thing." That's Just Now How My Mind Thinks.

I Think - And Even With The Live Chin Up Movement - It's About Women Doing Things For Themselves. Being Empowered. Doing Things That Make You Happy. I Believe In That Philosophy.

We're All Our Own Worst Critics And So Hard On Ourselves, But For Me, My Biggest Insecurity Is My Arms. I Just Hate The Tops Of Them. I Work Out And They Still Never Look Good Enough For Me. So, Over The Years I've Learned To Dress To Make Myself Feel Better.
