The Universe Is A Single Atom: The Convergence Of Science And Spirituality.

Contemplating The Suffering Which Is Unbearable To Us, And Is Unbearable To Others, Too, Can Produce Awake Mind, Which Arises From The Compassion That Wishes To Free All Living Beings From Suffering.

Mentally, Physically And Emotionally We Are The Same. We Each Have The Potential To Good And Bad And To Be Overcome By Disturbing Emotions Such As Anger, Fear, Hatred, Suspicion And Greed. These Emotions Can Be The Cause Of Many Problems. On The Other Hand If You Cultivate Loving Kindness, Compassion And Concern For Others, There Will Be No Room For Anger, Hatred And Jealousy.

If You Are Honest, Truthful, And Transparent, People Trust You. If People Trust You, You Have No Grounds For Fear, Suspicion Or Jealousy.

I Believe That Constant Effort, Tireless Effort, Pursuing Clear Goals With Sincere Effort Is The Only Way
