We Can Reject Religion, Ideology, Received Wisdom, But We Cannot Escape The Need For Love And Compassion.

Calm Mind Brings Inner Strength And Self-confidence, So That's Very Important For Good Health.

Time Passes Unhindered. When We Make Mistakes, We Cannot Turn The Clock Back And Try Again. All We Can Do Is Use The Present Well.

Even If Only A Few Individuals Try To Create Mental Peace And Happiness Within Themselves, And Act Responsibly And Kind-heartedly Towards Others, They Will Have A Positive Influence In Their Community.
