When You Look At The Success Of House Of Cards And Arrested Development, Which I Love, This Is How People Are Watching Television Now. It's Pretty Cool To Be A Part Of This Whole Thing.

I'm The Type Of Person That Will Do Triple Sessions In One Day. I'll Do Pilates, I'll Do Spinning, And Then I'll Go To The Gym And Do Weights - Which Is Insane.

What Inspired Me Was That I Knew There Were So Many Other People Who Were Struggling With The Same Things I Was And Didn't Have Answers. When I Finally Started To Heal, That Was The Inspiration. My Body Changed, My Energy Level Changed, And My Overall Well-being Improved.

Eating Healthy And Taking Care Of My Body And My Mind Really Make Me Come Alive, And Seeing Others Doing That Inspires Me To Stay With It. I Always Feel Great When I Do.
