I Think Anything That You Can Use To Connect Is Fine. For Some People It's Meditation. For Some People It's Yoga. For Some People, It's Running. For Some People, It's Affirmations. For Me, It's Photographs And Drawings, And Affirmations, And Statues, And Crystals. I Fill My Writing Space And I Fill My Home With Symbols Of What I Think Of As Higher Energy.

I Greet Every New Day With The Words, 'thank You, Thank You, Thank You.' That's The State Of Mind That Directs Me, Fulfills Me, And Sends Me Out Into The World With A Gift To Share. It's A Blessing That I Have Learned Over A Lifetime - To Experience The Presence Of Spirit In Most Of My Waking Moments. It's A Feeling Of Contentment And Satisfaction, Of Peace And Love.

All The Great Teachers Have Left A Similar Message: Go Within, Discover Your Invisible Higher Self And Know God As The Love That Is Within You.

The Components Of Anxiety, Stress, Fear, And Anger Do Not Exist Independently Of You In The World. They Simply Do Not Exist In The Physical World, Even Though We Talk About Them As If They Do.

I Think We Have To Go Through Everything We Go Through In Our Life, And I Believe My Purpose In Life Was To Teach Self-reliance. So I Had The Experience Of Relying On Myself Very Early In Life In Order To Have That Knowing, Because Otherwise I Would've Just Read About It. I Think Of It Now As A Great Advantage That I Had. It Certainly Taught Me To Rely Upon Myself At A Very Young Age. And That's What I've Been Teaching Since I Was A Little Boy.
