To Have A Mind That Is Not Capable Of Being Hurt, Does Not Mean That It Has Built Up A Lot Of Resistance - On The Contrary, Such A Mind Is Dying To Everything That It Has Known In Which There Has Been Conflict, Pleasure And Pain. Only Then Is The Mind Innocent; That Means It Can Love. You Cannot Love With Memory, Love Is Not A Matter Of Remembrance, Of Time.

To Understand What Is Right Meditation There Must Be An Awareness Of The Operation Of One's Own Consciousness, And Then There Is Complete Attention.

If You Come Across Fear, Stare It In Its Eyes. Face It And You Will Notice That Fear Fades Away.

When We Talk About Understanding, Surely It Takes Place Only When The Mind Listens Completely - The Mind Being Your Heart, Your Nerves, Your Ears- When You Give Your Whole Attention To It.
