Do You Know Your Particular Fears? And What Do You Usually Do With Them? You Run Away From Them, Don't You, Or Invent Ideas And Images To Cover Them? But To Run Away From Fear Is Only To Increase It.

The Man Who Is Not Frightened Of Life Is Not Frightened Of Being Completely Insecure For He Understands That Inwardly, Psychologically, There Is No Security.....when There Is No Security There Is An Endless Movement And Then Life And Death Are The Same....the Man Who Lives Without Conflict, Who Lives With Beauty And Love, Is Not Frightened Of Death Because To Love Is To Die.

If I Want To Understand Something, I Must Observe, I Must Not Criticize, I Must Not Condemn, I Must Not Pursue It As Pleasure Or Avoid It As Non-pleasure. There Must Merely Be The Silent Observation Of A Fact.
