Let Me Start Off By Saying That In 2000 I Said, 'vote For Me. I'm An Agent Of Change.' In 2004, I Said, 'i'm Not Interested In Change - I Want To Continue As President.' Every Candidate Has Got To Say 'change.' That's What The American People Expect.

I Think -- Tide Turning -- See, As I Remember -- I Was Raised In The Desert, But Tides Kind Of -- It's Easy To See A Tide Turn -- Did I Say Those Words?

Through My Faith-based And Community Initiative, My Administration Continues To Encourage The Essential Work Of Faith-based And Community Organizations. Governments Can And Should Support Effective Social Services, Including Those Provided By Religious People And Organizations. When Government Gives That Support, It Is Important That Faith-based Institutions Not Be Forced To Change Their Religious Character.

I Walked Away From Kyoto Because It Would Damage America's Economy, You Bet. It Would Have Destroyed Our Economy. It Was A Lousy Deal For The American Economy. I Felt There Was A Better Way.
