I Was Not Familiar With The Book [before Filming In The Outsiders] , Though. Interestingly, The Outsiders Had Not Reached The Point Where It Is Now, Where It's Required Reading In Sixth And Seventh Grades. In My Sixth And Seventh Grade, We Did Not, But Today Everyone Does.

There's This Unbelievable Bias And Prejudice Against Quote-unquote Good-looking People, That They Can't Be In Pain Or They Can't Have Rough Lives Or Be Deep Or Interesting.

It's Easy To Live In A Fantasy World, And That's Why I Refuse To Live In An Isolated Environment.
