I Grew Up Singing In Kansas. My Dad Had A Band When I Was Growing Up. So I Sang In Church And School And Started Singing With His Band When I Was Seven. So I've Been Singing All My Life.

I Really Just Tried To Make A Record Full Of Great Songs, Which Is The Goal I Always Have.

You Have To Stick To Your Guns And Still Know When To Be Flexible. That's Something I've Had To Learn-which Battles To Fight.

Everything Is Moderation, Really. I Don't Really Deprive Myself Of Anything. But I Try To Balance It With Healthy Food Choices. I Am Not Real Fond Of Exercise, So I Try To Get Away With As Little As Possible Which Is About Thirty Minutes Three Times A Week And I Do A Little Weight Training And Cardio.
