Well, It Speaks To The Character Of The Players More Than Anything. Bob Myers And His Staff Have Done An Incredible Job Of Putting Together This Roster. I Was Well Aware Of The Versatility That The Roster Had, But As I Got To Know The Players I Realized They Had What It Took Spiritually, Emotionally. They Were United. They Wanted To Win. They Were Close.

I Would've Said Yes Before I Saw Aaron Gordon Do What He Did. And Zach Lavine Went Nuts As Well. I Think Gordon Should've Won For What He Did. But What Lavine Does Is Amazing. I Don't Know Where He Gets That Bounce And That Glide But It's Incredible. I Hope Both Those Guys Compete It In Next Year. Over The Last Years Or So, I'd Say The Three-point Contest Has Been More Entertaining Than The Dunk Contest, But This Was Really Special This Year.

I Have Always Been Very Comfortable Behind A Microphone. I Love Talking About Basketball, I Love Being Around People, I Love Being Around The Game, The Travel And The Excitement Around The Arena.

It Seems To Me As I Reviewed The Literature That, With Few Exceptions, The More Confident Were The Prescriptions About How To Behave With Ethics And Integrity, The Further Removed Was The Author From The Life And Work Of The Everyday Manager.

It's Different As A Coach Because You Feel Responsible For A Lot Of People. Even Though You Don't Take A Shot, You Don't Get A Rebound, You Feel Like You Just Want People To Succeed And You Want To Help Them Any Way You Can.
