Two ( Or More) People Come Together And They Agree That They Should Be Together For A Common Purpose And That Purpose Is To Add Value To One Another. Engagements Are Partnerships That Should Always Be Win-win.

Leadership Is Influence, Nothing More, Nothing Less...titles Don't Have Much Value When It Comes To Leading. True Leadership Cannot Be Awarded, Appointed, Or Assigned, It Comes Only From Influence, And That Cannot Be Mandated. It Must Be Earned.

Find Your Vision, And Let It Guide You In All That You Do. If You Lack Vision, Look Inside Yourself. Draw On Your Natural Gifts And Desires.

When The Pastor And His Or Her Church Have A Vision, They Will Put Their Energy, Time, Money, And Personnel Into Achieving It.
