When Pastors Ask Me If Their People Will Buy This Vision, I Ask Them Two Questions: "have They Bought Into Your Leadership?" If They Haven't, Don't Ever Try To Pass On A Vision. Second, "have You Processed This Vision Correctly?"

The Leader Is There For The People, Not The People For The Leader

Out Of What I Had Received In My Development, I Was Also Able To Give. The Confidence I Gained From Personal Growth Gave Me Credibility And Made Me Believe I Could Start Developing Others. And In That, I Found Life's Greatest Joy And Reward.

When I Made That Statement That The Person Discovers The Secret Of Their Success By Their Daily Agenda, All Of A Sudden It Hit Me That If I Could Teach People To Make Today Count; If I Could Really Teach Them What They Need To Do Today To Have A Good Day, That Tomorrow Would Really Take Care Of Itself.
