Not That I've Always Agreed With What She Said - Far From It - But Justice Sandra Day O'connor Has Been Properly Lauded, In My View, As A Judge Who Approached Her Duties With Open-mindedness And With A Sensitivity That Affects Her Decisions Would Have On Everyday, Ordinary People.

My Rights Are Not Denied By Any Majority. My Rights Are Because I Exist. They Were Given To Me And Each Of My Fellow Citizens By Our Creator, And They Represent The Essence Of Human Dignity.

You Get A Lawyer Whether You're In A Military Tribunal Or Whether You're In A Federal Court, Number One. The Attorney General Decided That The Court With The Biggest - With The Greatest Venue, With The Best Jurisdiction Was The New York Court. That Was The Right Decision To Make.
