It's Not Putting Pressure On A Candidate. It's Mobilizing People.

The Democratic Party Has Been Very Strong In A Lot Of Areas, In Fighting To Make Our Country A Less Discriminatory Country. And That Is Enormously Important.

There Are Many Major Crises Facing Our Country. At The Top Of The List Is The Need To Overturn Citizens United. If Billionaires Are Able To Buy Elections And Elect Right-wing Candidates, There Is No Way We Will Ever Address Climate Change, College Education, Affordability, Job Creation, Raising The Minimum Wage And Taking On Wall Street.

We Need To Take A Hard Look At The War On Drugs And The Number Of Non-violent Offenders Who End Up Getting Their Lives Destroyed By Going To Prison. We Need To Look At Mandatory Minimum Sentencing And Give Judges More Flexibility When There Are Issues Of Drug Abuse Or Addiction.

I Think Our Trade Policies, For Many, Many Years, Have Been A Disaster. They Have Benefited Corporate America At The Expense Of Working People.
