Each Of Us Has Some Change Within Us, We Cannot Change The Political Or The Social System Of The World Unless We Change Inside Of Us As Individuals And That’s The Direction I Am In Now Which I Call Spiritual.

Feb 6 1945 St. Ann, Jamaica, Daddy Was Born. I Remember Us Celebrating One Of His Birthdays In Jamaica At 56 Hope Road With Him, No Big Superstar Party, Just Us Kids, Mommy, Some Cake, Few Laughs And That Was It. Even If He Wasn't Known To The World On Feb 6th I Would Still Think Of Him And In My Heart Say Happy Birthday Daddy. Love.

Everything That We Put Into Our Bodies Should Also Be Of Nature, A Part Of That Cycle Of Nature. Once You Start Messing With That - As I Said, Everything Is Connected. Once You Start Messing With Psychological Well-being, We Get More And More Messed Up.
