Ultimately, My Proposal Isn't Intended To Increase Or Decrease The Amount Of Federal Spending Spent On Antipoverty Programs.

The Vast Majority Of Americans Want A Government That Creates The Conditions For Them To Have A Chance To Get Into The Middle Class, The Kind Of Growth And The Kind Of Educational Opportunities. Most People Would - The Vast Majority Of Americans Would Much Rather Have A Job That Pays More Than A Welfare Check.

That Is, I Think That What I Do, That Democracy In Venezuela Hasn't Really Worked Well Since The [ugo] Chávez Era And That It Has Gotten Even Worse Since The Last Elections, In Which The Maduro Government Lost Control Of The House, Of The Country's Legislature.
