Rights Have To Exist In Practice - Not Just On Paper. Laws Have To Be Backed Up With Resources And Political Will. And Deep-seated Cultural Codes, Religious Beliefs And Structural Biases Have To Be Changed.

New York Has Done An Excellent Job. And I Give Credit - I Give Credit Across The Board Going Back Two Mayors, Two Police Chiefs, Because It Has Worked. And Other Communities Need To Come Together To Do What Will Work, As Well.

I'm Not Going To Let The Government Make A Profit Out Of Lending Money For People To Go To College. So We're Going To Really Change This. I See It As An Investment, Not An Expense, And I'm Going To Treat It That Way.
