The More Concerned We Are With The Happiness Of Others, The More We Increase Our Own Well-being. Friendliness And Warmth Towards Others Allow Us To Relax And Help Us To Dispel Any Sense Of Fear Or Insecurity So We Can Overcome Whatever Obstacles We Face.

I Can Do What My Energy, My Time, To My Other Sort Of Commitment. And Then Also Emotional, Religious Harmony. So In These Two Field, Now That More Or Less I Think The Spirituality Or Human Values In These Fields, I May Consider My Only Professional Field. The Political, National Struggle, These Are Not My Profession.

When We Speak Of A Calm State Of Mind Or Peace Of Mind, We Shouldn't Confuse That With An Insensitive State Of Apathy. Having A Calm Or Peaceful State Of Mind Doesn't Mean Being Spaced Out Or Completely Empty. Peace Of Mind Or A Calm State Of Mind Is Rooted In Affection And Compassion And Is Sensitive And Responsive To Others.

The Question Of World Peace, The Question Of Family Peace, The Question Of Peace Between Wife And Husband, Or Peace Between Parents And Children, Everything Is Dependent On That Feeling Of Love And Warmheartedness.

Whether It Is Under The Guise Of Survival And Self-defence Or Directly Expressed Through Dominion And Greed, The Failure To Recognize The Common Humanity Shared By Us All Lies At The Heart Of Our Difficulties. To Overcome It, We Should Begin To Develop, From The Level Of The Individual Through That Of Society To The World At Large, What I Call A Sense Of Universal Responsibility; A Deep Respect For Every Living Being Who Lives On This One Small Planet And Calls It Home.
