When Pastors Ask Me If Their People Will Buy This Vision, I Ask Them Two Questions: "have They Bought Into Your Leadership?" If They Haven't, Don't Ever Try To Pass On A Vision. Second, "have You Processed This Vision Correctly?"

People May Teach What They Know, But They Reproduce What They Are.

To Stay Focused In Life: You Can't Know Everyone You Can't Do Everything You Can't Go Everywhere We Have To Pick And Choose Between Good And A Little Bit Better.
