Think Carefully About Whether Its Tenets Serve Your Life And Well Being. Exercise Critical Judgment. Realize How Much Is At Stake-your Life, Your Happiness, Your Self-esteem.

As You Grow In Self-esteem, Your Face, Manner, Way Of Talking And Moving Will Tend Naturally To Project The Pleasure You Take In Being Alive.
