Fortunately We Have Learnt To Combine These Ideas, Not In The Mutual Toleration Of Sub-contraries, But In The Affirmation Of Contraries, That Transcending Of The Laws Of Intellect Which Is Madness In The Ordinary Man, Genius In The Overman Who Hath Arrived To Strike Off More Fetters From Our Understanding.

The Gods Are But Names For The Forces Of Nature Themselves.

The Student, If He Attains Any Success In The Following Practices, Will Find Himself Confronted By Things Too Glorious Or Dreadful To Be Described. It Is Essential That He Remain The Master Of All He Beholds, Hears Or Conceives; Otherwise He Will Be The Slave Of Illusion, And The Prey Of Madness.
